NB. If the address is incorrectly provided by the customer, the address is incomplete or is not at home and therefore cannot accept the package, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the second shipment. If you are not at home, a second delivery the next day will be automatically organized by the delivery service.

If the address has been provided incorrectly by Toploxx Hairextensions or if there is a delivery error due to the delivery services, Toploxx Hairextensions will bear the shipping costs for the second shipment.
